We charge a nominal fee of $6.95 on nearly all orders regardless of size. In some cases very large and or heavy items may incur shipping charges above the usual $6.95. All items are sent US Postal Service first class or USPS Priority mail.
Shipping outside the United States
Vintage Outboard is happy to accommodate our international customers. International shipping is done only via the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are usually just slightly higher than our standard $6.95 for items that weigh less than two pounds. You as the purchaser understand that shipping to your country may involve custom duties that will need to be paid at your end. We will declare items at the invoiced price.
Return Policy
NO RETURNS after 30 days for any item. NO RETURNS at all on electrical items. NO RETURNS at all on sealed items that have been opened, this also applies to parts that show signs of being installed and removed.
Return shipping is your responsibility on all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be computed by deducting, from the original invoice, the shipping and handling charge then deducting the greater of a $10.00 restocking fee or 20% of the original price of the part you are returning.
Exception: If we ship you something other than what you ordered.
To help ensure the accuracy of the parts you have ordered, please include in the comment box on the shopping cart order form the name of the manufacturer, the model number, serial number, and horse power rating.
